Catania’s Under-16 side, coached by Stefano Sturaro, won the Sicily Football Cup yesterday in Capo d’Orlando. Rossazzurro defender Riccardo Trimarchi, born in 2010, also received the “Orazio Russo” award for the best player in the category.
Our Under-15 team, coached by Guglielmo Gravino, also took part in the tournament, but were knocked out in the semi-finals by their Cagliari counterparts.
