Great excitement and well-deserved satisfaction for two young men from Catania, both born in 2005 and already protagonists in the Catania under 19 team in the last edition of the Primavera 4 championship: the forward Clarence Corallo and the offensive winger Lorenzo Privitera, who have already been called up several times to the first team, have signed their first contract with our club.
Orazio Russo, head of our club's youth sector, explains: “Vice President Grella has always paid special attention to providing the best opportunities for young football players from our area, considering this aspect fundamental in the development project of Catania Football Club, and these professional apprenticeship contracts are a concrete expression of this will. Clarence and Lorenzo have worked well and have grown significantly in terms of football; for their upcoming season path, we will now evaluate which solution to choose between staying in the under 19 team, to compete in the Primavera 3 tournament, and being loaned out, to gain new experiences”.
