Catania Football Club announces that it has acquired the sporting rights of the player Andrea Dini on a permanent basis from U.S. Catanzaro, who is contractually tied to our club until June 30, 2026.
Born in Cattolica (Rimini) on February 20, 1996, the goalkeeper achieved a promotion to Serie B through the playoffs with Trapani in 2019; in granata, he subsequently debuted among the cadets.
Over the course of 143 appearances in Serie C, Dini kept his goal unbeaten on 56 occasions and wore the jerseys of Crotone, Juve Stabia, Fidelis Andria, Padova, and Avellino.
He also has experiences with Parma, in the season concluded with the promotion of the ducals to Serie A, and Messina.
He grew up football-wise in Rimini, where he debuted and won the Serie D championship in 2014, a category experienced in the early stages of his career also with San Marino.
