Catania Football Club has today formalized the renewal of a specific social commitment: in the welcoming and crowded "Sala Verga" of the Teatro Stabile, the vice president and CEO Vincenzo Grella signed the memorandum of understanding for the implementation of sports and training activities aimed at the social promotion of minors and young adults from the external penal area, adhering to the proposal of the President of the Juvenile Court of Catania, Roberto Di Bella. The signing took place on the sidelines of the plenary meeting of the metropolitan observatory for the prevention of juvenile delinquency chaired by Prefect Maria Carmela Librizzi, with the participation of Mayor Enrico Trantino and numerous institutional representatives from the world of culture and information. Vice President Vincenzo Grella, who led the rossazzurra delegation with the head of the youth sector Orazio Russo, explained: "We want to do everything that is needed and contribute our part, the commitment already made in the past with the President of the Juvenile Court was only the beginning and today we are here to confirm our support, participation, and readiness. Our club, which is a family, will open its doors to those in need and we will try to lend a hand to guide the young people involved in the project on the right path. We thank you for the invitation, with the promise of meeting here again in a year to continue together."
