With Official Communication 330/L, today, the Board of Directors of the Italian Professional Football League has decided on the composition of the two groups of the Primavera 3 Championship - "Dante Berretti" for the 2024/2025 sports season: Catania has also been admitted, placed in group B.
Orazio Russo, head of the youth sector of the red and blue team, comments: "I am particularly happy for our boys, who can rejoice and look forward with enthusiasm to the next season in an even more competitive and therefore more educational environment.
The unfortunate playoff final played in May had left us with a bitterness which is now definitively behind us; we are ready to express ourselves in a new context that values the first place achieved with full merit in group B of the Primavera 4 Championship 2023/2024. I thank the club, which has allowed us to work with serenity, the coaches, and all the members of the technical and managerial staff of our under 19 team."
